My business provides 3 main Technology-related services, as well as a few other additional services.

Note: If your IT need does not fit into any of these catagories, I still might be able to help. Please feel free contact me so we can discuss whether or not your unique technology issue is within my abilites and expertise to resolve.
Unfortunately, there will be some technology issues that are just plain out of my level of expertise. Although I'm constantly learning new things, some issues are quite complex (eg. server networking) that I simply cannot address.
If, after a free* consultation over phone / Skype (audio call) or email, I determine that your tech issue is above my expertise level, I will do my best to get you in touch with a nearby IT business who can address your needs!
1) Software Technical Support
Is you web browser freezing up? Can't seem to open that Excel document? Is your computer's operating system running slow? Need help setting up a wireless printer? Difficulty installing drivers for that new digital camera? I can help provide your Software Solutions!
2) 1-On-1 Tech Lessons
This is where I will spent time teaching a specific topic or technical skill of your choosing that you will use daily. For example, how to transfer photos from your smartphone to your computer. This service will require a consultation first to ensure I understand the issue sufficiently. This pairs well with my Tech User Guides.
3. Hardware Technical Support
On rare occasions, the parts inside of a computer break. USB ports stop working, LCD screens go bad, trackpads stop moving your mouse. I can consult with you about your best option, whether it is replacing a part, or a whole new PC
4) Tech User Guides
Need a guide written on how to do access your email? Would you like a visual reference for a tech issue that always gives you trouble? Want to have something visual to refer to when setting syncing data to the cloud, attaching a file to an email, or posting pictures to social media? Tech Tutorials are your answer!
IT Advice And Consulting
Have questions about upcoming purchases? Need professional and personal advice about what desktop, laptop or printer to purchase? Questions about hardware part upgrades / where to buy? How to check if your PC can run a some software or a game? Just ask!
Other Tech Stuff...
I can help with a variety of other lesser known services. For example, how to properly wipe you hard drive(s) before donating your PC to charity (like Goodwill or FreeGeek).
